Cost

There are no costs associated with most services.

However, some low-cost fees help fund the following services:

  • Family Dispute Resolution and Neighbourhood Mediation.
  • Criminal Injuries Compensation (only where compensation is awarded).
Eligibility 

Predominantly providing services to people located in the Southeast metropolitan corridor, with a focus on:

  • Financially disadvantaged individuals; and
  • Victims of family and domestic violence

  • Parenting and Property Family Law advice for victims of family and domestic violence
  • Culturally sensitive Family and Domestic Violence advice for female FVRO applicants
  • Criminal Injuries Compensation
  • Tenant Advocacy
  • Financial Counselling
  • Family Dispute Resolution and Neighbourhood Mediation
  • Evening Legal Service for family law and civil law advice
  • Prisoners Legal Service at Casuarina

Appointments booked by telephone and in-person by self-referral and referrals from government and non-government organisations.
