Please note, in some cases clients will be required to meet the costs of disbursements.


People new to Australia (generally arrived within the last 5 years) from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, including: 

  • Humanitarian visa holders;
  • Asylum seekers;
  • Refugees; and
  • People who are otherwise disadvantaged in their access to legal services (e.g. have a low income).
  • Protection visas (including assistance at the Asylum Seeker Hub);
  • Family Reunion;
  • Legal assistance to people on temporary visas who are experiencing family and domestic violence;
  • Specialist immigration legal advice (including citizenship matters and visa cancellations);
  • General legal assistance (including minor criminal and civil matters and general family law); and
  • Community Legal Education.

9:00am - 3:00pm, Monday to Thursday.
