Eligibility The CCLS telephone advice line is open to all West Australian consumers. CCLS prioritises low income, vulnerable and disadvantaged consumers for ongoing representation matters. Services Specialist legal service providing legal advice and information in the areas of: Consumer credit (such as home loans, credit cards, car loans, personal loans, guarantees, consumer leases, payday loans) Banking, including complaints to Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) Unauthorised transactions, mistaken internet payments Home or goods repossessions Debt collection Credit reports Credit repair, debt management firms Buy now pay later Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Scams CCLS may also provide minor assistance and ongoing legal representation to consumers (not lenders, suppliers or manufacturers) in the areas listed above, subject to capacity.
