The Fremantle Community Legal Centre is a non-profit organisation which provides legal services to low income members of the community. The centre is managed by the City of Fremantle and has been operating for over 30 years.

  • Financial counselling, advocacy and debt negotiation assistance
  • Assistance and advocacy with issues concerning Centrelink
  • Information and advocacy concerning issues arising from residential tenancies and referral to appropriate services
  • Daytime legal service
  • Evening legal service on Monday and Wednesday evenings providing family and general law advice by appointment only
  • Restraining Order Duty Lawyer Service for people in domestic violence situations
  • Community Legal Education
  • Family Law; Criminal Injuries and Personal Injuries Compensation advice
 Eligibility
  • People located in the Fremantle local government area

  • May also include those areas determined by funding bodies

  • Every second Wednesday - Evening Legal Service
